one is very excited to launch the first edition of Theodora Foundation's 5 Senses Gastronomical Journey, an exceptional journey leading to an extraordinary evening of escape, and an opportunity to provide hospitalized kids with wellbeing, through the cause supported by Theodora Foundation

The « Voyage Gastronomiques des Sens » objective is to bring a moment of escape to the guests

This project was developed with the great support of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne experts, and a group of undergraduates for a Student Business Project - their diploma study. They created a pioneering concept to stimulate with our 5 senses, in the goal of enhancing the culinary delights we will enjoy at dinner. In addition, the students created original recipes to perfectly match the different atmospheres and the decorum of the sensorial journey

The neural-gastronomic dinners will be held at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. The evening will be comprised of various acts, during which technology, culinary and imagination will transport each guest through an unforgettable journey. Furthermore, we will benefit of the marvelous images of world renown Yann Arthur-Bertrand
